This theme will no longer be updated (as if it was being updated anyways...) because I'm working on one that is similar but totally redesigned and written from scratch. This new one should support various screen sizes (I now have an FHD screen so this theme is too small), icons, movable icons, icon groups that turn on/off, and other interesting things (possibly switches).
Info
It's here!!! This theme can completely replace the Windows Taskbar and Startmenu (except for search, but it's still integrated). For more info on the features see the preview....[link]
So... Once you open it, you should see where to go for instructions, and also each skin has it's own set of instruction.
Concerning Taskbar Eliminator: I use this in combination with Taskbar Eliminator so I've avoided anything that triggers the taskbar. It should stay hidden. The only problem I've run into is that Alt+T for hiding/showing the taskbar messes with the skin positions, but you can easily just click Refresh and they should all pop back to their rightful place. I found a fix, see below.
Taskbar Hiding Programs: No program seems to be able to hide the taskbar completely, and some programs make it pop (VLC player, for example, but you can fix that by unchecking "Show Systray Icon" in the settings) I've tried ShellWin (which for some reason also hides my orb even though it's not supposed to) [link] and this Hide-Taskbar app in this forum [link] don't mess with skin positions (as much). I'm looking into making the Launcher hide the taskbar each time I hover over it, or something like that, so I'll never see the damn taskbar again.
Concerning Tablets: This was designed for fellow Tablet users so yes, the ideal display resolution is 1280 x 800 but I'm sure it's usable on normal screens, and also, the Launcher is meant to stay on top of all other windows so it will stay on top of Photoshop in Full screen and hardly gets in the way, especially if you disable the hover (although it hasn't bothered me).
Also in conjunction with this I use an Autohotkey script that makes my Capslock and the ` key (the key next to the number 1) switch between windows. So when your Tablet is open you can go through windows with Capslock and when the Tablet is closed you can easily edit one of your tablet buttons to ` (I couldn't get mine to work with setting a Tablet button to Capslock), and tada, you can still switch between Windows. Otherwise there always is the Tasklist. In Photoshop I like the ` to equal Shift because I need it, but if you don't, just delete the last line.
Concerning Windows Start Menu: I've also edited my Windows Start Menu to be completely blank, you don't have to, but I like it so that Search is just search and doesn't look like the Start Menu. To do so, just Right-Click the Start Menu, go into Properties, go to Customize, turn everything off and turn the 2 things at the bottom down to 0.
Concerning Windows Taskbar Tray: All Icons must be hidden to show in the Tray Popup, just click on the Tray Popup and it should say Customize. Set all Icons to "Hide Icon and Notifications." Otherwise they'll be in the Taskbar and if you hide it you won't see them.
Other:
-You can't see in the preview but in case anybody wanted to know the Windows theme I use is Elune [link] . It looks very well with everything.
-Thanks to Santa_Ryan (over at the Rainmeter Forums) for his !Tools. They made the Start Menu, Tasklist, and TrayPopup possible. My Autohotkey scripts kept messing up with those first two things and making the Taskbar popup so I couldn't use them.
-Enjoy my reference to Schrodinger's Cat. And sorry for the large name, but I will be adding new things to Quantum Extension, so this is just the Menu, next will be Quantum Extension - This, Quantum Extension - That.
-I used Century Gothic as the main font... I'm pretty sure most computers have it.
-So... this was designed for the latest Rainmeter (2.1 should work, I made it on 2.2) and this was tested on Windows 7 64 bit so I'm not really sure how it'll work on other systems, I don't have any at the moment to test it on (please do provide feedback on that if you can). I'm pretty sure the Traypopup only works on Windows 7....

Known Problems/Bugs/Annoyances (mostly annoyances)
-Only TL Launcher works correctly. -Large Launcher does not go offscreen and if set to go offscreen won't go offscreen on the top edge. -Some Bars Missing Extenders and Feautures (I have a few features in mind I haven't incorporated yet.) -No Button like appearance yet. -No Bar Edge Shadows yet. -Extending Media Player and Passing over Extender 1 opens up the Second Background Bar. -RAM is after Memory (it should be before it). -Longer Dates (like Wednesday) clash with the number date. -Instructions for Media Player positioned wrong.

Tiny Fix
-I forgot a line of text in the Launchers. Repackaged quickly and fixed now. All of them work. The right ones are still uncomfortable though.
It's necessary for those who want to install the theme and use it with certain things. It's unfortunate Deviant Art doesn't have some sort of hide/show feature for parts of the comment.
Well just now that you have to get Rainmeter... that's the program you need to run the theme. And also, this is the only theme I made and is available for downloads. The others were just screenshots.
its still kewl yo.
And yes, yes you did.
